Collection: Tim Voss

Tim is an abstract artist who, after a 20 year absence from painting is back with a vengeance. He looks for pattern, shape and colour from the everyday as starting points for his paintings. Tim draws influence from Brutalism, pop art, situationalism and lyricism. He is as happy looking at a disused power station or the rubble of a building site as a beautiful sunset.

As Albert Giacometti said 'The object of art is not to reproduce reality, but to create a reality of the same intensity'.
