Let us explain... A group of artists have come together, led by Nick Shipton co-founder of the Brothership studio. The Brothership opened in May 2019 in Bull Plain, Hertford, Hertfordshire.
Our artists work from individual studios and sell their art direct to customers and display works in the shop front. The Brothership's philosophy is about 'Tribe' - artists working together, sharing their knowledge, collaborating and being inspired in a chilled and friendly environment.
Our mission is #ArtOnWalls and to make art accessible to all. Nick says "Brothership is about creating art, selling art and the interaction you have with our artists in residence working in their spaces".
During lockdown 3.0 we are having a weekly themed challenge with all of our resident artists competing to create the best piece of art work.
Week 2's theme is ‘A stag’.
The pieces will be displayed in our Bull Plain studio window. You can also view them and purchase below.
30% of sales of these pieces will be donated to the Hertford & District Food Bank.
Follow us on instagram to view the pieces (and the creation process). You can now vote for your favourite.
We have some very stylish and comfortable face masks available for you.
